CorporateStay.in (Corporate Hospitality Group) (“we” / “our” / “us”) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

This policy, together with the Website Terms of Use (), sets out the basis on which we will process any personal data we collect from you or that you provide to us through your use of the website (http://www. CorporateStay.in) (“Website”).

For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998, the data controller is Corporate Hospitality Group.

If you sign up as a member of the Website you will share your personal information with us, including your name and e-mail address (which you must provide in order to sign up), and your company name, telephone numbers and address (which are optional).

If you subsequently make a booking through the Website, you will share further personal information with us, including your payment card details and any details that you may provide to us at the time of booking, such as your preferences and requirements.

If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.

We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

(b) Our Use and Disclosure of Your Information

We may use the information we hold about you to:

  • send you regular updates of properties available which might be of interest if you have opted to be added to our mailing list;
  • help us improve our services, for example by acting on any information you have provided to us;

In the event that we sell or buy any business, shares in a business or assets, we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business, shares in a business or assets.

If you make a booking, we will disclose your personal information to the relevant third party who provides the property through our service (“Supplier”). We require each of our Suppliers to comply with data protection laws whenever they process your personal information.

Except as explained above, we will not disclose your personal data to any third parties for any other purpose unless we have your consent.

The information that we collect from you may be transferred to, processed and stored at, a destination outside India . If you follow a link to any external websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and website terms and we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. Please check these policies before you submit any information to any external websites.
